OTCS is a registered Fully Online, and Blended mode training provider via Moodle e-Platform. Moodle, like other (CMS/LMS) such as TalentLMS, Docebo, Joomla LMS, Blackboard, WebCT, Brightspace, etc. is used by schools, businesses, Individuals, and governmental organizations to create and offer effective e-Learning programs. It has advantages over meeting/video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Skype, Edmodo, etc. It allows facilitators/teachers to use a wider/broader range of online pedagogical skills in teaching and learning. At present, OTCS only offers Certificates of Participation. OTCS is open to collaboration with Accredited Institutions for course certification.
