OTCS is a registered Fully Online, and Blended mode training provider via Moodle e-Platform. Moodle, like other (CMS/LMS) such as TalentLMS, Docebo, Joomla LMS, Blackboard, WebCT, Brightspace, etc. is used by schools, businesses, Individuals, and governmental organizations to create and offer effective e-Learning programs. It has advantages over meeting/video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Skype, Edmodo, etc. It allows facilitators/teachers to use a wider/broader range of online tools, and pedagogical skills in teaching and learning. At present, OTCS only offers Certificates of Participation. OTCS is open to collaboration with Accredited Institutions for course certification. MAIN SITE LINK
